We present you a rather sweet teatail for these cold and festive days. We call it Christmas Tea.
- 150/200 ml rooibos digestive tea
- 2 cl water
- 4 cl bank rum
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup
- 1 lemon peel
Mix all the ingredients. Flambé and add the tea. When the flame disappears, pour into a cup and enjoy with company.
