MARABANS IN THE #A4MANOS OF CHEFS(IN)
For the last five editions, the #a4manos cooking courses organised by Chefs(in) have been held with the participation of Marabans Coffee & Tea.
We started by offering the students a cup of coffee, which they eagerly accepted; the courses start at six o'clock in the afternoon. In subsequent editions, we also offered them tea. And in the latest editions, our cofftails and teatails have become part of the recipe booklets that the students take home with them, together with the menu they learn to cook that day.
Our Marabans Experience Manager is in charge of presenting and preparing the recipe.
Our intention is that coffee and tea should be valued as much (or almost as much) as meals. Don't you usually finish your meal with a coffee, a cortado or an infusion? It is the last taste that you will take with you before leaving the table and we want it to be the one that a haute cuisine meal deserves.
