Next Wednesday 28 February, we close the month of February with an event at Bodegas Suau in the Peccata Minuta organised by Chefs(in) where you can taste chefs' dishes and end with our proposal for the last taste of the night with a coffee and brandy cofftail with notes of chocolate and vanilla. A pleasure for the senses.

We present a new version of the classic Alexander, turning it into a cold brew cofftail, speciality coffee infused at room temperature for 24 hours to maintain all the properties of the farm, variety and origin. This time we used the Heriloom variety from the Santa Heleanna estate, an Ethiopian with a citrusy orange and lime aroma and a fine, sweet, honey flavour. Shaken with a reserve of 15 soleres of Suau brandy and Marabans chocolate, finished with a cream flavoured with vanilla notes, sprinkled with freshly ground nutmeg. 100% Pure Mmmm!

Slow Coffee Marabans. We drink a cup of filter coffee to live at a different pace. Sustainable, single-varietal, estate-grown coffee prepared in the traditional way.
