An organic Japanese matcha, traditionally made. Its vivid green powder is whisked with water—not infused—until a creamy texture is achieved.

With a vegetal and intense flavor, a hint of bitterness, and a sweet undertone. It's the green boost for mid-morning, and preparing it is almost a ritual.

Whisk half a teaspoon with 80°C water until frothy.

Use & storage

Water at 80 °C, hot but not boiling: if it's too hot, it will be bitter. Whisk half a teaspoon until foamy, preferably with a matcha whisk. Good with just water, or with milk for a matcha latte.Keep the tin tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from light. Matcha loses aroma with air: close it well after each use.
